Managing Shareholder of Patterson Intellectual Property Law, Ed Lanquist is an AV-rated attorney who practices patent, trademark and copyright litigation, intellectual property counseling and trademark prosecution. He has litigated more than 100 IP cases, and has filed more than 150 patent applications and 1,200 trademark registration applications. He also counsels clients on the economic benefits and implications of IP protection and litigation and currently serves as President of the Nashville Bar Association. Ed received his B.S., Civil Engineering, with Honors, University of Tennessee in 1985 and his J.D., with Honors from the University of Tennessee in 1988.
